Nunes Tiny Homes sells new and used shipping containers, including but not limited to:

• Standard 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft shipping containers
• High cube containers
• Refrigerated containers
• Modified and customized containers
• Container accessories and parts

Product descriptions, specifications, and photos are provided for informational purposes. Actual containers may vary slightly from descriptions due to normal wear, manufacturing variations, or previous use.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be received before delivery.

Deposits: Custom orders may require a deposit (typically 25-50%) to secure your order and begin fabrication.

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your delivery location.

Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information.

4. Orders and Delivery

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery is 5-10 business days for stock containers. Custom containers require 2-6 weeks for fabrication plus delivery time.

Delivery Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your site meets delivery requirements outlined in our Shipping Policy. Failed delivery due to unsuitable site conditions may result in redelivery fees.

Title Transfer: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery and your signature on the delivery receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

• 30-day return window for standard containers
• 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Customer pays return shipping costs
• Custom containers are final sale

6. Warranties

Container Warranties:

• New (One-Trip) Containers: 1-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects
• Cargo-Worthy Containers: 90-day structural warranty
• As-Is Containers: Sold without warranty (all sales final)

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, rust, or corrosion
• Damage from improper use, modification, or alteration
• Damage from severe weather, fire, or acts of God
• Damage during or after delivery
• Cosmetic imperfections on used containers

Warranty Claims: Report defects within the warranty period to [email protected] with photos. We will repair or replace defective containers at our discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Site Preparation: You are responsible for preparing your site for delivery, including:

• Ensuring clear access for delivery truck
• Providing level, stable ground or foundation
• Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
• Complying with local zoning regulations and HOA restrictions

Inspection: You must inspect the container upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Use: Containers must be used in accordance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the container.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
• We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for damage to your property during delivery unless caused by our gross negligence.
